This is a little delayed but last weekend we attended the second annual Gomez Porch Party/Aunt Michelle & (Uncle) Joe's Engagement Party. We tons of fun. The weather was great. The food was awesome. There were a bunch of kids to play with and lots of fun games.
Colin & Mason both got to stay up late. They loved it. Grandma had fun games for the kids to play. They bobbed for apples. The bucket of apples sat outside all evening and Colin couldn't keep his hand out of it. He practiced his apple bobbing with Aunt Diane but when it was really time to play; Colin wanted nothing to do with it. Naturally... Then the got chase a doughnut on a string and try to catch it with their mouth. Colin actually played that game. Even after Colin's turn was done Aunt Diane dangled the doughnut for him so he could keep playing. Even Mason tried. Everything was great and we had so much fun. Can't wait until next years party so Mason can get in on the action.
